Who is responsible for your information

The data controller responsible for information handled under this policy is 广西博白宝丽编织工艺有限公司.

WEIGE Wicker is the customer-facing brand and business contact used for buyer communication, product development and project coordination. Shanyan Gao is Founder & Business Director, WEIGE Wicker. This description does not identify WEIGE Wicker as a separate registered legal entity or Shanyan Gao as the legal representative or owner of the data controller.

Information we collect

Contact and business information. An RFQ requires your full name, company, country or market and business email. You may also provide a WhatsApp contact.

Project information. An RFQ requires a product category, order plan and project requirements. You may also provide an estimated quantity, number of styles, mixed-style direction, OEM or ODM requirements, target shipment window and target market.

Product reference information. When an inquiry begins from a product page, it may also include a product ID, model, product name and collection.

How we use your information

We use inquiry and project information to review and respond to inquiries, discuss project feasibility, prepare and discuss quotations, coordinate sampling and product development, support order preparation, maintain project communication and follow-up, and operate and protect the inquiry process where needed.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Product references and reference files

The RFQ form does not directly upload reference files. After submitting an RFQ, you may send images, PDFs, drawings or other reference files through WhatsApp or email and include the RFQ Reference returned after a successful submission.

When you use WhatsApp or email, the relevant service provider may process information according to its own services and privacy rules.

Service providers and infrastructure

Information may be processed by service providers that support the inquiry process. These may include Cloudflare for website and application infrastructure, security, Turnstile verification and database-related infrastructure when configured for production; Resend for internal RFQ notification email processing; email providers for business communications; and WhatsApp when you choose that communication channel.

The RFQ process does not currently send an automatic customer confirmation email. After a successful submission, the website may return an RFQ Reference for follow-up.

Sharing of information

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers needed to operate, secure and support the website or inquiry process; manufacturing, order or transaction support involved in quotation, sampling, production, quality control, packing, loading and export preparation; communication services selected by the buyer; and authorities or other parties where required by applicable law or lawful process.

Information provided to manufacturing, order or export support is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant project or transaction.

International processing

Because WEIGE works with international B2B buyers, information may be processed through internet infrastructure, service providers and business support located in more than one country or region.

Analytics and your consent choice

WEIGE uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and operation. The website uses Google Analytics Measurement ID G-N5B9Q43GVC.

Google Analytics remains off unless you select “Accept analytics” in the privacy panel. Before consent, and when you select “Reject analytics,” the website does not load the Google Analytics tag, send Google Analytics requests or create Google Analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics does not affect product browsing, RFQ submission, Turnstile security or other essential website functions.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_* and process information such as page visits, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser information, and interaction data. This processing may involve infrastructure outside your country or region.

Your choice is stored in your browser under a versioned WEIGE consent setting. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain disabled. You can reopen “Privacy settings” on any page to change or withdraw your choice. When consent is withdrawn, the website stops subsequent Google Analytics collection and attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies available on the WEIGE domain; withdrawal does not reverse information already processed before withdrawal.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to inquiries, support product development and order preparation, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Retention may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry, whether a business relationship develops, transaction or order record requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, or to ask a privacy question. Requests will be reviewed and handled as reasonably appropriate, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, transaction-record or legitimate business retention requirements.
